Look to the Light

I was at a wedding where the
bride had made all of the lovely flower girl dresses using strips of luminous
tulle. The result was stunning. The girls looked like they were floating
on air. It really inspired me to start a series. This painting is the second. I
turned her head away from the viewer, adding a sense of mystery. I wonder what she sees beyond the light.
