I love the way the shape of
the leaf is reflected by the shape
of the puddle.
And you get a glimpse of the trees 
overhead in the main puddle!

This is a bit unusual to have a green
leafed branch on the boardwalk.
I think the storm brought down
a few limbs and leaves that
were not quite done with their time.

This image has the leaf seeming to 
be holding the boards together.
The puddle makes a nice
complement running along 
the entire board but not touching
the leaf itself.

This one is such a sweet moment of the fallen leaf
and the leaves still on the plant.
There were other shots with the metal
fence at the top of the image,
but I like this one with just the post.

although the close up is not so traditional... 
again riding the edge and asking the viewer to decide!

It is all about the light 
and that tiny spiderweb
on the edge of the leaf.

This image is the last of those "stretch" images to play with.
Going into the world of "human things" even more.
 
This got a lot of feedback during the portfolio review,
about whether it "worked" with the other images
or how much to crop it down. 
One reviewer couldn't get past the bottle 
and just wanted a picture of the vines on the wall!
