Upstate New York is probably one of the most beautiful places in the country. Living now in TX, I miss the scenery, the changing color of the leaves, the streams (that actually have water in them) and just the landscape in general. This painting was inspired by a photograph an uncle of mine is in. In the photo he is standing on the rocks on the right. I wanted just to capture the scenery. I hope you enjoy!
